Another year another burnt log
Halcyon calcium butterscotch fog
Somnolent we bomb the cement
Our globular throng is all but spent

For now a diamond pronged defense
my ripened wrong away is scent
A global event so evensong went
to lunch then at Woodend.

Women are balloonesque
Men thus iron or wood
others more driftwoodish
as women need to be needed
and some men wish they could.

We have poor arguments in the park
then lay on whispers after dark.
Buttercup spray on a lamington day
Tiresome cells might sell you some hells
in a rough angelic way.

has honeycomb and crunch

To whom it may concern,

I would like to register my interest for the position of ....

I want to prove that I can get a job again. I want to be successful in my work life by doing the best job that I can, by being honest, by being diligent and by being caring. Most of all by being caring. I want to be successful in my family life by showing my family that I can provide for them and that they can see that a successful husband and father is one who goes out and works for them each day. I want to be successful in my community life by supporting and helping and caring for others and being generous to people who have experienced rejection and hardship through life. I need an employer who will reach out and be generous to me. That is the solution to my problem. I don’t usually write cover letters like this one. Usually I address key criteria and match my skills and experiences and qualifications with the essential requirements of the job. But those cover letters haven’t worked. The most important thing in life is truth and the truth is an employer through their gift of employment to me can make my life a success. I hope you can be that employer for me. Please let me know.

I aint no ape.

Isn't it ironic and sadly absurd and paradoxical that our modern media spokesman while believing himself to be descended from a primate and believing that he shares 98% of his DNA with a chimpanzee will become enraged at anyone being called an ape, and while using freedom of speech to denounce the opinions of others, will believe himself to be clinging on to the dignity of man while not knowing how to do that because all the time he does not accept the truth that man is made in the image of God. Man is not another animal so be a good man and stop calling human beings apes or their ancestors apes, cos we aint no ape.

     

I have two things to say today which grind away and fray the way. The first a humble act by those with jack. $204 they gave from a soup kitchen with fingers black and soup bowls cracked. Their elected pack cut aid way back and Nepal will lack because of that. The second a man who likes the heights with go pro light did hang with grip tight a thousand flights above the sight of water bright and I in fright cant sleep at night for vertigo not quite.
